Take the 8-Week Thrive Experience with me - I am on my 4th day of my 3rd 8-week experience, but jump in NOW as I am discussing my workouts and my meal plans.  This is a Perfect time for those of you that need to change your eating habits and don't know where to begin, as well as for those of you needing to start a workout program, but haven't been successful in getting out there to start it!  As for you athletic and seasoned workout crowd, we could use your input - Stay with me, Thrive can help you at whatever level of fitness you have currently achieved.

Personally, I have not exercised in a Gym in over 7 years.  I was in a wheel chair for approximately 3 years after a fall in 2008 from a pinched nerve caused by my spinal injury.  So, if you are serious about getting started and want to take it from the very beginning in baby steps - Thrive with me!  Those of you Good-Looking Body Builders, and Cardio-Fit Kings and Queens, don't need the baby-steps, but I challenge you to take the 8-Week Experience and Thrive with me and share how Thrive increases your progress at whatever level of fitness you have accomplished.

Okay it is now official because the Dr’s scale “Don’t Lie” 12 pounds in 3 weeks with only 12 little old capsules… that’s like a buck a pound, except it was with “free samples” I earned winning Le-Vel promotional contests… The doctor was impressed to say the least! I shared the ingredients with him and he stated it was all good stuff. I have an inner ear infection and am on antibiotics, he said to start eating yogurt to get a pro-biotic for intestinal health going or stay with the Thrive as will do the same thing! My wife is having surgery next week and he told her that the ingredients in Thrive are a great thing to have in her system pre and post surgery! “Thrive” works people!

My Healthy Choices!

Nutrition and Exercise is so important for healthy living.  Drink Plenty of water, eat the right foods, and move 5 minutes more each day then you did the day before.  Thrive has helped me to make healthier choices, while giving me all the vitamins I need daily, and the energy to want to get my health back!

Ok, so here are my healthy choices - I have been taking two Thrive Capsules every morning and 30 minutes later, I am drinking a Yummy Thrive Shake.  I will post a Recipe Page with all my fun creations - give me a day or so and I will put them together. 

For lunch, I had a Yummy Bowl of a homemade vegetable soup (Pamy421 Vegetable Soup) and then I had a delicious bowl of fresh fruit.

a treasured treat after sweating it out in the Gym for 30 minutes.

For Dinner, I ate another warm bowl of my soup and added some chunks of skinless, boneless chicken breast, seasoned with a little dry onion soup mix.  It was so Yummy and healthy.  I made a fresh melon salad and topped with a little whipped cream on the side, I was satisfied and my body was happy!

Hahaha for those of you who know me well, and caught that I said I had a shake after my workout, must be wondering what kind of workout could Pamy be doing with her Spinal Injury, and her lack of being in shape to workout?  Well, before I tell you about my workout, let me tell you about how I came to even considering a workout plan.  When I decided that I was going to commit to an 8-Week Thrive Experience for weight loss and getting healthy, I decided that I wanted to challenge myself to work towards being in the same mindset, athletically, that I was before being injured.

Before being injured, I worked out all the time.  My morning started with a 3 mile run every morning since the age of 12 years old when I started a mile run every morning with my dad.  I continued and I succeeded to make it apart of my morning routine five days a week for twenty-four years.  I was thirty-six years old when the doctor told me that I had to stop running, or that I could end up as a Paraplegic.  Wow!  I stopped running that day, and I will never forget that day. I was in the middle of training to run in the Law Enforcement Baker to Vegas Run.  I still look at my T-Shirt and Jacket from that event, and Wish that I could of ran before being injured.  Life goes on, or does it?

For me, life stopped in 2003.  I was going through a very rough time, and depression set in for many years.  During this tragic time, in 2005, I married a man that was going through similar rough times in his life with his own struggles.  Misery certainly looks for company.  I tried for seven years to make this marriage work, only to realize that it should have never happened to begin with.  I spent the last three months trying to find reason for making my marriage work, but with Thrive, opening up our thought processes, we both discovered that it was time to end the life that we both settled for and move on to regaining a better life for each of us individually.  I wish him well, and I hope he finds what he needs to be whole again.

Thrive has helped me to gain a better focus on me, and I am so excited as I discover what I need to be whole again.  I need to get as close as I can to being Me again! Maybe I won't run 3 miles a day, or then, maybe I will.  Maybe I won't workout in the Gym again like so many years ago, or maybe I will.  I am so tired of wondering, and since taking Thrive, my mindset feels as it felt when twenty years ago, and so I am going to connect my mind and my body, by working out until my body is feeling like it is twenty years younger  too.

So I told you that I would tell you all about my workout this week.  Well, I found a friend to workout with and she is a great motivator.  We went to the Gym yesterday and I knew to take it slow and easy, so I walked on the treadmill for 5 minutes, went to the stationary bike and rode it for 7 minutes, and then I did the elliptical for 3 minutes.  I was drenched in sweat - the funny thing is, I haven't sweated like that in years and it felt amazing - literally Amazing!  I went to the leg press machine and I pressed 35 pounds for 3 sets of 30.  This took me a whole 5 minutes.  My twenty minute workout was incredible.  Don't laugh, I am so happy with my efforts and I felt so good that I could not wait to go back today.  Today I did 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the Bike, 5 minutes on the elliptical, and 5 minutes on the Leg Press with 3 sets of 30 presses, and 3 sets of 10, turning my feet outward (heels together) to work my inner thighs.  Wow!  I can't wait to go again tomorrow.  I am so thankful to Le-vel for marketing Thrive, without it, I may never have known that all I needed was the right blend of ingredients that would give me the energy and the kick start my mindset and my body needed for my soul to Want My Health Back!!

Thrive has awakened me and has given me the desire to return to My Life, yes, back to Pamy421! 

Pamy421 has been my online username since I opened my first email account online in the 90's.  Many people have asked me, why 421 - Hahaha, I always ask them if they want the truth or the symbolic reasoning I have made up.  They usually want both - The truth is my birthdate is April twenty-One, the reason I made up is, from my legal studies days.  The U.S Code 421 is a protection of identities code.  Using 421 is my protection from
using my last name with the public. It's basically been just a fun thing for me through the years, but now, it's a Back to Me thing!
